MediQuest Innovations Ltd respects the confidentiality of patients, families, and clinical partners. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect
When you WhatsApp, call, email, or submit a form, we may receive your name, phone number, email, clinic or hospital details, a photo of a prescription, and the measurements needed to size equipment. We collect only what is required to fulfil an enquiry, order, delivery, or partnership application.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm stock, size equipment, arrange collection or delivery, invoice institutional accounts, and administer the MPPS partnership. We do not sell personal data. We do not use patient information for unrelated marketing.
Prescriptions
Prescription images are clinical documents. They are shared only with MediQuest staff who need them to fulfil the order, and with the referring prescriber if we must clarify a specification. We ask you not to send information that is not needed for the equipment request.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept as required for tax and accounting. WhatsApp conversations are retained in the ordinary course of business. You may ask us to delete a prescription image after the order is complete, unless we are required to keep it.
