Getting the equipment your doctor prescribed should be simple. At MediQuest, it is. Your doctor or physiotherapist has written your prescription. We stock the item they recommended. Here is exactly how to get it.
Step 1
Take a photo of your prescription with your phone. Send it to us on WhatsApp at +256 792 457725. You can also walk into our Mukono showroom with the original prescription. If you do not have a written prescription, tell us what your doctor or physiotherapist recommended and we will guide you.
Step 2
Within 60 minutes of receiving your prescription, we will reply with confirmation that we stock the exact item, the correct size (we guide you on measuring where needed), the exact price with no hidden fees, and the time it will be ready for collection.
Step 3
Visit our showroom in Mukono to collect your item. We will assist you with fitting and show you how to use it correctly. Delivery is available across Mukono, Kampala, Jinja, and other locations.
