When you prescribe a specific item, your patient gets that specific item. We do not substitute. We do not guess. If we are uncertain about a specification, we contact you before we supply. Your clinical reputation depends on outcomes — and outcomes depend on getting the right equipment.

Your patients who contact MediQuest with a referral from you receive priority service. In-stock items are confirmed and ready within one hour of prescription receipt. Your patients leave with their equipment the same day.

PT. Kwalinga Ivan, Founder and CSIO, is a physiotherapist with over five years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and patient care. He founded MediQuest from firsthand understanding of healthcare needs. The company is a healthcare equipment and solutions partner, not a physiotherapy practice.
Every partner begins at Tier 1 and advances based on referral activity. There is no membership fee.

Step 1
Every MPPS partner receives personalised referral cards with your name and a unique code. Hand the card to any patient who needs prescribed rehabilitation equipment.
Step 2
We pre-install a referral message on your phone. When a patient needs equipment, tap once to send them a personalised recommendation — it takes under 30 seconds.
Step 3
Your patient contacts us, we confirm the prescription, prepare the item, and serve them with the same clinical care your practice is known for. You receive a referral summary and outcome notification.
